About

We have a beautiful new ski lodge, a fabulous lighted X-Country and Alpine trail system, a world-class snowmaking system, an energetic group of skiing enthusiasts, and some great events each winter season.  New, in 2008, are added snowshoe trails for even more fun!

T he Caribou Ski Center is located adjacent to the Caribou High School and has associated with it 5km of easy to medium trails that are ideal for walking, running, and of course, skiing.  There are lights on 3km of the trails and a wonderful new lodge that is open to all.

Northern Skiers is the home of the annual New Year’s Race which kicks off the nordic’s season Aroostook Cup.  Over 100 skiers participate in this family fun event

Northern Skiers Club is also proud to host the annual Aroostook Youth Ski Festival held in March every year.  Club members and volunteers from all over Aroostook County help to make this great ski festival a big hit.  Through games and good times, children ages 5-13, learn to appreciate the sport of nordic skiing and the outdoors.
